Managing your profile
Update your profile details

In the top right corner of the page, click your profile name.

Click My Profile.

Update your profile information based on the information provided in the following table.
Field Description Title
Your title.
Telephone Number
Your telephone number.
Street
Your street address.
City or Town
Your city or town.
State or Province
Your state or province.
Zip/Postal Code
Your zip or postal code.
Country
Your country.
Relationship
Your relationship to your company.
Current locale
Your language and regional settings.

Click Save to save your changes.
Change your password

In the top right corner of the page, click your profile name.

Click My Profile.

In the My Profile dialog, beside Password, click Change.

Update your password as required.

Click Save to save your changes.
View recent activity

In the top right corner of the page, click your profile name.

Click My Profile.

In the My Profile dialog, beside Recent Activity, click Show.
The following table describes the settings and controls of the Account Activity Log page.
Column Description Access Type
The type of browser or client used to access your account.
Access Type Details
Additional details about the device and browser or client used to access your account.
Location
The location of the device used to access your account.
IP
The IP address of the connected device.
Date/Time
The date and time of the logged event.
Managing your Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS) profile
If you are a SAS administrator, you can have access to additional profile management capabilities.

Update your account information

In the Sectigo Authentication Service portal, navigate to the Account page.

Update your first or last name as required.

Click Save.
Configuring account security
From the Security page, you can update your account password or configure two-factor authentication or passkey authentication.
Update your password

In the Sectigo Authentication Service portal, navigate to the Security page.

Click Change Password.
-
If prompted, re-authenticate with your account credentials.
-
Enter and confirm your new password.
Select Sign out from other devices to force a new authentication anywhere your account is currently signed in.
Configure two-factor authentication

In the Sectigo Authentication Service portal, navigate to the Security page.

Click Set up Authenticator Application.

If prompted, re-authenticate with your account credentials.
-
On the Mobile Authenticator Setup page, complete the on-screen instructions.

Click Submit.
Your new device should now be displayed on the Security page in the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Configure passkey authentication

In the Sectigo Authentication Service portal, navigate to the Security page.

Click Set up Passkey Authentication.

If prompted, re-authenticate with your account credentials.

On the Passkey Registration page, click Register Passkey.
Select Sign out from other devices to force a new authentication anywhere your account is currently signed in. -
Complete the on screen prompts.
Your new device should now be displayed on the Security page in the Passkey Authentication section.
View active sessions
You can see active sessions for your account from the Sessions page in the Sectigo Authentication Service portal.
The following table describes the settings and controls of the Sessions page.

Enables you to force a sign-out on any session other than your current session. |
View activity log
You can see an activity log for your account from the Account Activity Log page in the Sectigo Authentication Service portal.
