Managing AWS accounts

Edit an AWS account

  1. Navigate to Integrations  AWS Accounts.

  2. Select the AWS account you want to edit, and click the Edit icon.

  3. Update the Edit AWS Account fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Name

    The name of the AWS account.

    Region

    The AWS region where your resources are located.

    Some examples of AWS region IDs include us-east-1, eu-west-1, and so on.

    Access key ID

    The AWS access key ID generated for your AWS account. This key is used to authenticate API requests.

    Secret access key

    The AWS secret access key generated for your AWS account. This key, along with the access key ID, is used to sign API requests.

  4. Click Test Connection to validate the data.

  5. Click Save.

Delegate an AWS account

  1. Navigate to Integrations  AWS Accounts.

  2. Select an AWS account, and click Delegate.

  3. Select General to delegate the account to all existing organizations, or select Customized and manually specify organizations/departments.

  4. Click Save.

Delete an AWS account

  1. Navigate to Integrations  AWS Accounts.

  2. Select the AWS account to be deleted, and click the Delete icon.

  3. Click Delete.
