Managing Subscriptions

Only account owners or support agents with appropriate permissions can view and manage subscriptions.

Viewing subscriptions

View site-specific subscriptions

  1. Navigate to your website’s comprehensive view.

    For more information on your website’s comprehensive view, see Understanding your dashboard.
  2. Click Site Settings.

  3. From the left-hand menu, select Subscriptions.

View account-wide subscriptions

  1. In the bottom left corner of your SiteLock dashboard, click the profile name.

  2. From the menu, select Account Settings.

  3. Click Subscriptions.

Request cancellation of a subscription

You can only request cancellation for subscriptions initiated directly through SiteLock. For subscriptions initiated by a SiteLock partner, contact the partner directly to request cancellation.
  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page for your account or site, depending on the subscription you want to cancel.

  2. In the Subscriptions initiated directly through SiteLock table, check the box next to the subscription you want to cancel.

  3. Click the Request Cancellation button.

  4. If prompted, confirm the cancellation request.

    The cancellation request will be processed by the SiteLock support team. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
