Managing profile settings
Navigate to profile settings

Log in to the SiteLock dashboard.

In the bottom left corner, open the profile menu by clicking on the profile name.

From the menu, select My Profile.
This will take you to the My Profile page, where you can manage the profile information and security settings.
Update profile information

Navigate to the My Profile page.

Click User Details.
-
Update the fields using the information provided in the following table.
Field Description Name
The full name of the user.
Email Address
The email address associated with the user’s account.
Username
The unique identifier used by the user to log in.

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
If you update the email address, log in again using the new email address.
Updating profile security
Update security questions
| Support agents cannot update security questions for a profile owner. |

Navigate to the My Profile page.

Click Security.

From the Security Question menu, select a question.

Provide an answer to the selected security question.

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Update password

Navigate to the My Profile page.
-
Click Security.
-
In Current Password, enter the existing password.

In New Password, enter a new password that meets the specified requirements.

In Confirm New Password, re-enter the new password for confirmation.

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Update Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings
| Support agents cannot enable or disable 2FA for profile owners. |

Navigate to the My Profile page.

Click Security.
-
In the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section, select the preferred 2FA method.
Available options include:

Authenticator App
-
SMS
-

Use the information provided in the following table to set up the selected 2FA method.
2FA Method Instructions Authenticator App
To set up 2FA using an authenticator application:

On your mobile phone, open the authenticator application.

Using your mobile phone, scan the QR code displayed on the computer screen.

On your computer, enter the verification code generated by the application in the provided field.
SMS
To set up 2FA using SMS:

Enter your phone number.
-
Click Send Code to receive a verification code via SMS.

On your computer, enter the verification code sent to your phone in the provided field.

Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
