Managing Email Reputation Scan

Navigate to the Email Reputation Scan page

  1. Go to your website’s comprehensive site view.

    For more information on your comprehensive site view, see Understanding your dashboard.

  2. On the tab bar, click Security Report.

  3. Click Email Reputation Scan.

  4. Under Email Reputation Scan, click Details to open the Email Reputation Scan page.

Start a manual scan

  1. Navigate to the Email Reputation Scan page.

  2. Click Scan Now to initiate a manual email reputation scan.

Find next steps for removing your domain from blacklists

  1. Navigate to the Email Reputation Scan page.

  2. Check both Spamhaus and SURBL panels for your domain’s listing status.

  3. If the status is Listed, click on the provided resources in Links.

    You can use these resources to verify that your domain is listed, and follow instructions to request removal from the blacklist.
