Managing PCI compliance scanning
This section assumes that you are eligible for PCI compliance scanning.
Add the PCI compliance scanning service

Navigate to Overview.

In the PCI Compliance panel, click Add New.

On the Contact page, use the contact information to reach the SiteLock sales team and request PCI compliance scanning service.
After the service is added, the PCI Compliance panel in Overview shows Activate New instead of Add New.
Activate a PCI compliance scanning subscription

Navigate to Overview.

In the PCI Compliance panel, click Activate New.

Complete the Account Information form using the details described in the table below.
Section Description Company Name
The name of the company or organization for this subscription.
First Name
First name of the company’s primary contact for this subscription.
Last Name
Last name of the company’s primary contact for this subscription.
Job Title
Job title of the company’s primary contact for this subscription.
Website/URL
The website name for the subscription.
Email Address
Email address of the company’s primary contact.
Phone Number
Phone number of the company’s primary contact.
Address
Street address of the company or organization.
City
City where the company or organization is located.
State
State where the company or organization is located.
ZIP/Postal Code
ZIP or postal code where the company or organization is located.
Country
Country where the company or organization is located.

Click Submit to activate the subscription.
After activation, the subscription will appear in the PCI Compliance panel in Overview.
You can click Save Draft to save your progress without activating the subscription.
View all active subscriptions

Navigate to .

Click View All.
This will open a page listing all your active subscriptions.
| The View All option is only available if you have more than one active subscription. |
View a report

Navigate to .
-
Next to the subscription to be viewed, click View Report.
This will open the subscription’s PCI compliance report.
Update a subscription’s details

Navigate to .

Next to the subscription to be updated, click Edit.
The Account Information page for the subscription opens.

Update the necessary information.

Click Submit to save your changes.
You can click Save Draft to save your progress without submitting the changes.
