Managing SMART Patch

Navigate to the SMART Patch page

  1. Navigate to your website’s comprehensive view.

  2. On the tab bar, click Security Report.

  3. Click SMART Patch.

  4. Under SMART Patch, click Details to open the SMART Patch page.

Start a manual scan

  1. Navigate to the SMART Patch page.

  2. Click Scan Now to initiate a manual scan.

Viewing results

View a previous scan

  1. Navigate to the SMART Patch page.

  2. Scroll down to Full Scan History.

  3. Use the date picker to select the desired date.

  4. In the row of the scan you want to view, click View.

    The page will reload and display the scan results from that specific scan.

Export the results

  1. Navigate to the SMART Patch page.

  2. In Full Scan History, click Export CSV.

  3. Choose a location on your computer and click Save.

    The scan results will be downloaded in CSV format for your review.

Addressing threats

Apply a patch

This is only applicable if automatic patching is disabled.

  1. Navigate to the SMART Patch page.

  2. In the Scan Results section, click Patch Now to apply a patch.

Revert a patch

This action will undo the most recent patch applied to your website.

  1. Navigate to the SMART Patch page.

  2. In the Scan Results section, click Revert Patch.

  3. Follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

  4. Click Revert to complete the process.
