Getting started

This guide is intended to introduce you to the process of getting started with your SiteLock dashboard.

This guide assumes you have already purchased a SiteLock subscription through SiteLock, a hosting provider, or a partner.

Accessing your SiteLock dashboard

Depending on how you purchased your SiteLock subscription, you may access your dashboard through one of the following methods:

  • Direct login through SiteLock if you purchased directly from SiteLock or through a reseller.

  • Login through your hosting provider or partner if you purchased through a hosting provider or partner.

Log in directly through SiteLock

  1. Navigate to the SiteLock dashboard login page.

  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click Login.

  3. Enter the login ID and password then click Login.

    Your login ID is provided in the welcome email. Depending on how your account was provisioned, the login ID may be your email address or a separate login ID. If a login ID was not specified during provisioning, your email address is used as the login ID.

  4. If you have multiple sites in your SiteLock account, select the site you want from the list to access its information and manage its settings.

Log in through your hosting provider or partner

  1. Log in to your hosting provider or partner’s dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Security, Website Protection, SiteLock or a similar section.

    If you are having trouble locating the SiteLock login, contact your hosting provider or partner directly for assistance.

  3. Select SiteLock to access your SiteLock dashboard.

Add your website

After logging in to your SiteLock dashboard, you should be able to see the site associated with your account in your dashboard Overview page.

If your site is not listed, you can add it manually by following these steps:

  1. Click the Add Site button.

  2. Use the information provided in the Contact page to connect with SiteLock support for assistance in adding your site to the dashboard along with services you want associated with the site.

    Once a domain is connected, SiteLock begins scanning the site. You should see it listed on your dashboard Overview page, and click it to view and manage its settings.
