Users
The Users page is designed to manage access to the SiteLock dashboard. It displays a detailed list of users with associated roles, email addresses, and names. Roles are restricted to account owner’s and regular viewers, ensuring controlled access. This page enables adding, editing, or removing user permissions as needed.

Add User

From the Users page, click Add User.

Complete the Add User fields based on the information provided in the following table.
Field Description Name
The full name of the user.
Email Address
The email address of the user.
Username
The user’s username.

Click Add User.
The new user will get an email with an invitation link to set their password

The main content area features a table listing individual users with the following columns:

User Details
Update personal information, including name, email address, and username.

Security
Manage users' access to the account by updating their security questions, changing passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

Enable an additional layer of security by selecting an authenticator app or SMS for 2FA. Both methods require verification of a code to successfully enable. |
