Site Messages

The Messages tab provides a centralized hub for a specific website’s notifications.

Unread Messages: A notification at the top of the list indicates the number of unread messages (e.g., You have 1 unread message).

Messages List

The main content area features a list of messages with the following columns:

Message Preview	Shows a brief preview of the message content.
Date	Indicates the date and time the message was sent.

Button	Description
View	Click to view the full message content. When the message is opened, it will be marked as read. Click Back to List to return to the message list. Click View Site to navigate to the site associated with the message.
Delete	Click to delete the message.
Dropdown button	Click to access additional options: Mark Read - to mark the message as read. View Message - to view the full message content. Once you click View Message, the message will be marked as read. Delete - to delete the message.
