Account Settings

Manage all your account-related details in one place. The Account Settings page is where you can update contact information, view subscriptions, and track changes in account activity.

This page contains account level contact information and not site level contact information.

Field Description

Company Name

The name of the company or organization.

Contact Name

The full name of the primary contact person.

Contact Email

The email address of the primary contact person.

Address Line 1

The first line of the street address.

Address Line 2 (optional)

Additional address information, such as suite or apartment number.

City

The city or town where the company or contact person is located.

State/Province

The state or province, selectable from a dropdown menu.

ZIP/Postal Code

The postal code for the address.

Country

The country, selectable from a dropdown menu.

Phone Number

The contact phone number.

Add and edit your billing information.

Invoices

This section allows you to view all your past transactions. Each invoice is displayed with its corresponding date, unique invoice number, and an option to download it for your records. You can access and save a copy of any invoice by clicking Download next to the entry.

Date

The date the invoice was issued.

Invoice

Subscriptions

View the subscription details for all sites. This includes viewing the plan, term, and renewal date.

Status

The status of the subscription.

The duration of the subscription (e.g., 1 month, 1 year).

Renewal Date

The date when the subscription will renew.

Amount

The price of the subscription.

Request Cancellation

Check the box next to the subscription to activate the button and cancel it.

Renewal Date

The date when the subscription will renew.

The plan/service names displayed here reflect what is in the SiteLock database and may differ from the names partners use.

History

View a detailed audit log of all the activities associated with your account. The log includes timestamps and descriptions of each action.
