Troubleshooting
The following are the most common errors that you might encounter while using the connector.
External Account Binding
Error message:
[ERROR] Failed to create order. [Exterbak Account Binding] The account is not awaiting external account binding.#
Reason:
EAB value cannot be used more than one time after successful account registration.
Solution:

Remove the ACME client directory from the system

Create a new ACME account on SCM and use it to register with the ACME server for new certificate.
Non-delegated identifier
Error message:
[ERROR] Failed to create order. A requested identifer has not been delegated example.com].#
Reason:
The domain example.com is not delegated to the organization in SCM.
Solution:
Log in to SCM and make sure the domain is delegated to the organization and, optionally, the department.
