Viewing messages
View messages for all websites

Log in to the SiteLock dashboard.

In the dashboard navigation menu, click Messages to open the Messages page.
View messages for a specific site

Navigate to your website’s comprehensive site view.
For more information on your comprehensive site view, see Understanding your dashboard. -
On the tab bar, click Messages. The resulting page contains all messages for that site.
For accounts with multiple websites, the Filter by Site option in the Messages page can be used to view messages for a specific site.
Managing messages
Delete a message

Navigate to the site’s messages either through the Messages page or the Messages tab.

In the Messages table, locate the message you want to delete.

From the drop-down menu, click Delete to delete the message.
Delete multiple messages

Navigate to the site’s messages either through the Messages page or the Messages tab.

In the Messages table, use the checkboxes to select the messages you want to delete.

In the bottom left corner of the table, click Delete to delete the selected messages.
Mark a message as read

Navigate to the site’s messages either through the Messages page or the Messages tab.

In the Messages table, locate the message you want to mark as read.

From the drop-down menu, click Mark Read to mark the message as read.
Viewing a message’s content automatically marks it as read.
Mark multiple messages as read

Navigate to the site’s messages either through the Messages page or the Messages tab.

In the Messages table, use the checkboxes to select the messages you want to mark as read.

In the bottom left corner of the table, click Mark Read to mark the selected messages as read.
