Managing resellers
Edit a reseller’s details

Navigate to the Resellers page.

Locate the reseller you want to edit, and click the reseller’s name.

Select the Details tab, and click .

Update the reseller’s details as needed based on the information provided in the following table.
Element Description Company Name
The name of the reseller company.
Address 1, 2, 3
The street address of the reseller company.
City
The city in which the reseller company resides.
ZIP/Postal Code
The reseller company’s ZIP/postal code.
State/Province
The state or province in which the reseller company resides.
Country
The country in which the reseller company resides.
Price List
The price list to assign to the reseller. The price list determines the prices that the reseller can charge their customers for products and services.
License Enforcement
Controls how certificate issuance is handled when the reseller’s customers exceed their subscription limits. The available options are:

Limit Issuance — Customers cannot issue certificates beyond their purchased subscription quantity.

Automatic Overage Adjustment — The customer’s subscription quantity is automatically increased when the customer attempts to issue certificates beyond their purchased subscription quantity.

Allow Resellers to Manage Enforcement — Resellers can configure the license enforcement settings for their customers.

Click Save.

Managing reseller license enforcement
Set license enforcement for a reseller

Navigate to the Resellers page.

Locate the reseller you want to set license enforcement for, and click the reseller’s name.

On the Details tab, click .

Update the license enforcement settings for the reseller as required.
The available options are:

Limit Issuance — Customers cannot issue certificates beyond their purchased subscription quantity.

Automatic Overage Adjustment — The customer’s subscription quantity is automatically increased when the customer attempts to issue certificates beyond their purchased subscription quantity.

Allow Resellers to Manage Enforcement — Resellers can configure the license enforcement settings for their customers.

Click Update.
Set license enforcement for all resellers
| This action updates the license enforcement settings for all resellers in your partner account and overrides all existing reseller-level license enforcement settings. |

Navigate to the Resellers page.

Click Manage License Enforcement.

Update the license enforcement settings for all resellers as required.
The available options are:

Configure distributor SSO access

Navigate to the Resellers page.

Locate the reseller for which you want to configure distributor SSO access, and click the reseller’s name.

Select the Details tab, and click .

In the Manage Distributor Access dialog, set the toggle to Access Enabled or Access Disabled as required.

Click Update Access.
Disable a reseller

Navigate to the Resellers page.
-
Locate the reseller you want to disable, and click the reseller’s name.

Select the Details tab, and click .
-
Click Confirm to confirm disabling the reseller.
| Disabled resellers can be reactivated at any time by following the same steps and clicking Enable Reseller. |
