Understanding billing

The Billing page contains essential information related to your payment details, history, and authorized billing contact. It is divided into three tabs:

  • Overview — The Overview tab provides a comprehensive breakdown of your latest invoice. It enables you to quickly view the breakdown of your details and stay informed about upcoming subscription fees.

  • Invoice History — The Invoice History tab provides a complete record of invoices related to services rendered for all customers. It enables you to track your payment history and view detailed invoice information.

  • Contact — The Contact tab displays all contact information for your authorized billing representative. It enables you to update the contact’s information to ensure seamless communication with Sectigo.

Overview

The Billing overview can be viewed on the Billing page through the Overview tab.

The following table describes the details and controls of the Invoice panel on the Overview tab.

The Invoices panel displays the details of the latest invoice, including all current subscriptions and current inventories.
Element Description

Date

The date the invoice was issued.

Status

The status of the invoice.

The possible values are:

  • Created — The invoice has been created but not yet sent.

  • Emailed — The invoice has been sent to the authorized billing representative via email.

  • Paid — The invoice has been paid.

Item

The customer, product, and lifecycle information.

Quantity

The number of units utilized for each product.

Amount

The amount due for the associated item.

Total

The total amount due for the invoice.

The following table describes the details and controls of the Upcoming Charges panel on the Overview tab.

The Upcoming Charges panel displays the details of the next invoice, including all renewing subscriptions and renewal inventories.

Item

The customer, product, and lifecycle information.

Amount

The amount due for the associated item.

Next bill date

The date of the next billing cycle.

Purchase Order Reference

The purchase order reference number used for billing.

Admin Controls

Change

Opens the Payment Method Update dialog where you can add a new purchase order.

Invoice History

Invoice history can be viewed on the Billing page through the Invoice History tab.

Element Description

Invoice ID

The unique identifier for the invoice.

Date

The date the invoice was issued.

Status

The payment status of the invoice.

Total

The total billable amount.

Admin Controls

Invoice ID

Opens the Invoice Details dialog where you can view detailed information about the invoice.

Contact

Billing contact details can be managed on the Billing page through the Contact tab.

Element Description

First Name

The given name of the authorized contact person.

Last Name

The family name or surname of the authorized contact person.

Email Address

The email address of the contact person.

Phone Number

The phone number of the contact person.

Street Address

The street address of the contact person’s residence or business.

City

The city or town where the contact person resides or conducts business.

Zip/Postal Code

The postal code of the contact person.

State/Province

The state or province (if applicable) where the contact person resides or conducts business.

Country

The nation or territory where the contact person resides or conducts business.

Admin Controls

Edit Details

Opens the Edit Billing Info dialog where you can update the authorized billing contact’s information.
