Managing users

Edit a user’s details

  • Reseller User

  1. Navigate to the Users page.

  2. Locate the user you want to edit, and click on the user’s email address.

  3. In the Details panel, click Edit Details.

  4. Update the user’s role as required.

    • Admin — Full access to all features and settings.

    • Technician — Permission to administer services and end customers.

    • Sales — Permission to manage end customer subscriptions, price lists, resellers, and view financial reports.

    • Billing — Permission to view and manage billing information, invoices, and payment methods.

  5. Click Save.

  1. Navigate to the Resellers page.

  2. Locate the reseller you want to edit a user for, and click the reseller’s name.

  3. Select the Users tab.

  4. Locate the user you want to edit, and click on the user’s email address.

  5. In the Details panel, click Manage  Edit Details.

  6. Update the user’s role as required.

    • Admin — Full access to all features and settings.

    • Technician — Permission to administer services and end customers.

    • Sales — Permission to manage end customer subscriptions, price lists, resellers, and view financial reports.

  7. Click Save.

Delete a user

  • User

  • Reseller User

  1. Navigate to the Users page.

  2. Locate the user you want to delete, and click on the user’s email address.

  3. In the Details panel, click Manage  Delete.

  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

  1. Navigate to the Resellers page.

  2. Locate the reseller you want to delete a user for, and click the reseller’s name.

  3. Select the Users tab.

  4. Locate the user you want to delete, and click on the user’s email address.

  5. In the Details panel, click Manage  Delete.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
