Welcome to the Sectigo Partner Platform (SPP) administrator documentation for Sectigo partners. This documentation aims to help you make the most of SPP.
SPP is a comprehensive portal designed for partners, managed service providers (MSPs), and resellers to efficiently manage certificates for their customers. It enables you to seamlessly add and manage customer accounts while receiving critical warnings about certificate statuses to help ensure proactive certificate lifecycle management.

Customer Management — SPP enables seamless management of customer accounts. You can add and manage customers, monitor certificate-related warnings, and ensure compliance.

Reseller Management — If your account is configured as a distributor, SPP enables you to manage reseller accounts, their associated customers, and customized price lists.

Role-Based Access Control — Admins can manage users, end customer accounts, subscriptions, and customer services. Technicians can manage end customer users and services. This structured approach ensures secure and efficient customer management.

Integrated Access to SCM Enterprise — Through SPP, technicians or admins can directly access SCM Enterprise to take action on a customer’s account. This integration unlocks SCM Enterprise functionality, automating the certificate lifecycle—from discovery to renewal—and providing detailed reporting and analytics to ensure certificates are secure and up-to-date.
