Managing users

Edit a user’s details

  1. Navigate to the User Management page.

  2. Locate the user you want to edit, and click on the user’s email address.

  3. In the Details panel, click Edit Details.

  4. Update the user’s details as needed based on the information provided in the following table.

    Element Description

    Phone

    The user’s phone number.

    Role

    The user’s role in the Sectigo Partner Platform.

    The available roles are:

    • Admin - Full access to all features and settings.

    • Technician - Access to administer services and end customers.

  5. Click Save.

Delete a user

  • User

  • Reseller User

  1. Navigate to the User Management page.

  2. Locate the user you want to delete, and click on the user’s email address.

  3. In the Details panel, click Manage  Delete.

  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.

  2. Select the Resellers tab.

  3. Locate the reseller you want to delete a user for, and click the reseller’s name.

  4. Select the Users tab.

  5. Locate the user you want to delete, and click on the user’s email address.

  6. In the Details panel, click Manage  Delete.

  7. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
