Adding users
Add a user

Navigate to the User Management page.

Click Add New.
-
Complete the fields in the Create User dialog based on the information provided in the following table.
Element Description Email
The user’s email address used for notifications and certificate issuance.
Phone
The user’s phone number.
Role
The user’s role in the Sectigo Partner Platform.
The available roles are:

Admin - Full access to all features and settings.

Technician - Access to administer services and end customers.

Click Save.
Reseller users are automatically given the Admin role. These users cannot be edited once added. |

Navigate to the Customers page.

Select the Resellers tab.

Locate the reseller you want to add a user for, and click the reseller’s name.

Select the Users tab.
-
Click Add New.
-
Enter the new user’s email address.

Click Save.
