Add a report

  • Manual report

  • Scheduled report

  1. Navigate to Reports.

  2. Click the Add icon.

  3. Select a manual report type based on the information provided in the following table.

    Report Type Description

    SSL Certificates

    SSL Certificate reports provide details about SSL certificates and their related management activities.

    SSL Certificates Per Organization

    SSL Certificate Per Organization reports provide details about SSL certificates and their related management activities.

    Client Certificates

    Client Certificate reports provide details about client certificates and their related management activities.

    Code Signing Certificates

    Code Signing Certificate reports details about code signing certificates and their related management activities.

    Device Certificates

    Device Certificate reports provide details about device certificates and their related management activities.

    Audits

    Audits reports provide a highly detailed log of all actions recorded by SCM.

    Sent Notifications

    Sent Notifications reports provide a detailed summary of notification emails by SCM.

    Private Key Agent Activity

    Private Key Agent Activity Log reports provide a detailed summary of the actions performed by the PKS Agent.

    Domains

    Domains reports provide a detailed summary of registered domains with their DCV status.

    Admins

    Admins reports provide details about the enrolled administrators accounts.

  4. Complete the Add Report Task fields for the selected report type based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Date Selection

    The certificate lifecycle activity and time period of the certificates to be included in this report.

    The possible values are:

    • Requested — Certificates requested during a specified time period.

    • Issued — Certificates issued during a specified time period.

    • Downloaded — Certificates downloaded during a specified time period.

    • Revoked — Certificates revoked during a specified time period.

    • Expires — Certificates expiring during a specified time period.

    Requested Via

    The service or entity that requested the certificates to be included in this report.

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All certificates regardless of how they were requested.

    • Enrollment Form — Certificates requested via a self-enrollment form.

    • Admin — Certificates requested by an administrator.

    • Web API — Certificates requested through the use of a web API.

    • Discovery — Certificates identified by a discovery task.

    • Imported — Certificates imported into SCM manually.

    • SCEP — Certificates requested via a SCEP.

    • MS Agent — Certificates requested by an MS agent.

    • Bulk Request — Certificates requested in bulk.

    • ACME — Certificates requested by the Sectigo ACME service.

    • EST — Certificates requested via an EST.

    • REST — Certificates requested via REST API.

    Status

    The status of certificates for which the report is to be generated.

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All certificates regardless of their status.

    • Requested — Certificates that have been requested.

    • Issued — Certificates that have been issued successfully.

    • Revoked — Certificates that have been revoked.

    • Expired — Certificates that have expired and are due for renewal.

    Locations

    The location(s) associated with the certificates to be included in this report.

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All certificates regardless of their associated location(s).

    • With Network Host — Certificates discovered through a network discovery task that are associated with a Network Host location.

    • No Network Host — Certificates not discovered through a network discovery task that are not associated with a Network Host location.

    Event Date, Sent Date, Activity Date, DCV Expiration Date

    The specific time period to be included in the report.

    Current Status

    The current DCV status of domains to be included in this report.

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All domains regardless of their DCV status.

    • Validated — Domains with a validated DCV status.

    • Not Validated — Domains that have not completed DCV.

    • Expired — Domains with an expired DCV status.

    Organizations/Department

    The organizations and departments that should be included in the report.

    The possible values are:

    • All — All organizations and departments delegated to you are included in the report.

    • Select — Only the selected organizations and departments are included in the report.

    Requested Via

    When selected, the service or entity that requested the certificate is included as an additional column in the report.

    IP Locations

    When selected, the IP location where SSL certificates are installed is included as an additional column in the report.

  5. Click Run.

You can add recipients to a report by selecting the report, clicking Edit, and expanding the Recipients tab.
  1. Navigate to Reports.

  2. Click the Add icon.

  3. Select a scheduled report type based on the information provided in the following table.

    Report Type Description

    SSL Certificates Scheduled

    SSL Certificate reports provide details about SSL certificates and their related management activities.

    SSL Certificates Per Organization Scheduled

    SSL Certificate Per Organization reports provide details about SSL certificates and their related management activities.

    Client Certificates Scheduled

    Client Certificate reports provide details about client certificates and their related management activities.

    Code Signing Certificates Scheduled

    Code Signing Certificate reports provide details about code signing certificates and their related management activities.

    Device Certificates Scheduled

    Device Certificate reports provide details about device certificates and their related management activities.

    Domains Scheduled

    Domains reports provide a detailed summary of registered domains with their DCV status.

    Admins Scheduled

    Admins reports provide details about the enrolled administrators accounts.

  5. Click Next.

  6. On the Schedule tab, select and configure a report task frequency.

  7. (Optional) Specify additional recipients for the report(s).

    1. On the Recipients tab, click the Add icon beside Additional Recipients.

    2. Complete the Add Notification Recipient fields based on the information provided in the following table.

      Field Description

      Type

      The method used to deliver the notification.

      The possible options are:

      • Email

      • Slack

      • MS Teams

      • Webhook

      Value

      The URL address for the selected recipient type.

    3. Click Save.

  8. Click Save.
