What is E-PKI Manager?

Sectigo E-PKI Manager is a partner platform for ordering and managing digital certificates, account funds, and user access.

This guide is intended for administrators and IT professionals who are responsible for managing digital certificates and public key infrastructure (PKI) within their organization.

The E-PKI Manager can be used to bulk issue the following products:

  • SSL/TLS certificates for use with domain names owned by your company.

  • S/MIME certificates for use by employees of your company.

  • Web Security Platform (WSP) products.

Key features

  • User and account management — You can create new users for your E-PKI account and configure permissions for them on a granular basis, including certificate issuance, revocation, and reporting permissions.

  • Prepayment option — You have to top up your account before placing orders.

  • Prompt purchase of certificates — You can purchase certificates through the web console within a few minutes of topping up your account.

An administrator can use the E-PKI Manager to do the following tasks:

  • Funding and pricing management — Deposit additional funds to accounts and view the current prices for certificates.

  • Manage users — Manage users of an account, including adding, editing, and setting permissions for users.

  • Get reports on orders — View reports on orders for E-PKI Manager.

  • View support documents — Access support documents for E-PKI Manager.

  • Order new products — Place orders for new products for customers.

  • Refund policy — You can request a refund for an active (not revoked or expired) certificate by contacting Sectigo support.
