Downloading certificates

You can download either an individual certificate or a bundle that includes the certificate and its private key.

We strongly recommend backing up your private key, as the certificate will not function without it.

The following formats are available:

  • PKCS#7 certificate

  • PKCS#12 certificate

  • Certificate bundle

Follow these steps to download your certificate:

  • To collect a PKCS#7 certificate:

    1. In the certificate collection page, choose the relevant certificate format.

    2. Click Download Certificate.

  • To collect a PKCS#12 certificate:

    1. In the certificate collection page, choose the relevant certificate format.

    2. Click Choose File to select your Private Key file.

    3. Click Download Certificate.

  • To collect a certificate bundle:

    1. Create a password for the certificate bundle.

    2. Re-enter the password to confirm.

    3. Click Download Bundle.
