Managing users

Edit user permissions

  1. Navigate to the User Management page in your Sectigo account.

  2. Click on the user whose permissions you want to edit.

  3. Under E-PKI Manager User Permissions, select the permissions you want to grant or revoke for the user.

    Each permission has the following options:

    • Certificates — Permissions for the user to manage certificates in the account.

      • Purchase — Allow the user to purchase the type of certificate.

      • Revoke — Allow the user to revoke the type of certificate. Revoked certificates are not refunded.

      • View Others — Allow the user to run reports. By default, the user can only view reports on the product types that the user has purchased.

    • Deposit Funds — Permissions for the user to deposit funds into the account.

      • Purchase — Enable the user to deposit funds into the account.

        Deposited funds cannot be refunded.
      • View Others — Allow the user to view reports on funds deposited by other users.

    • User Management — Permissions for the user to manage other users in the account.

      • Purchase — Enable the user to add new users to the account.

    • Web Host User Permissions — Permissions for web host users in the account.

      • Purchase — Enable the web host user to add new users to the account.

      • Run Report — Enable the web host user to run reports on products purchased or revoked by all users in the account.

    • TOTP Authentication — Enable or disable this by toggling the Enforce TOTP switch on the right-hand side panel.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.
