Understanding users
Users in the Sectigo Partner Platform (SPP) are responsible for managing users and customers within the platform, in addition to handling end customer accounts, subscriptions, and services. They ensure that certificates are managed securely, issued accurately, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
The primary user privileges and restrictions are divided as follows:

Admin — Admins manage users, end customer accounts, subscriptions, and customer services.

Technician — Technicians manage end customer users and services.
Users can be managed on the Users page.
