Managing customers

Edit a customer’s details

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.

  2. Locate the customer you want to edit, and click Manage.

  3. Select the Details tab, and in the Details panel, click Edit Details.

  4. Update the customer’s details as needed based on the information provided in the following table.

    Element Description

    Company Name

    The name of the company.

    Address 1, 2, 3

    The street address of the company.

    City

    The city in which the company resides.

    Postal Code

    The company’s postal code.

    State

    The state or province in which the company resides.

    Country

    The country in which the company resides.

  5. Click Save.

Managing a customer’s services

Add a service

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.

  2. Locate the customer you want to add a service for, and click Manage.

  3. Select the Services tab, and locate the service you want to add.

  4. Select a monthly or annual billing cycle, and click Select.

    You can change to an annual billing cycle at any time. However, an annual billing cycle cannot be changed to a monthly billing cycle after the service is added.
  5. Review your plan summary, and click Place Order.

Cancel a service

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.

  2. Locate the customer you want to cancel a service for, and click Manage.

  3. Select the Services tab, and locate the service you want to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel.

    Alternatively, you can temporarily suspend a service by clicking Suspend.

Delete a customer

  1. Navigate to the Customers page.

  2. Locate the customer you want to delete, and click Manage.

  3. In the Actions panel, click Delete Customer.

  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
