Managing users

Edit a user’s details

  1. Navigate to the Users page.

  2. Locate the user you want to edit, and click Manage.

  3. In the Details panel, click Edit Details.

  4. Update the user’s details as needed based on the information provided in the following table.

    Element Description

    Phone

    The user’s phone number.

    Role

    The user’s role in the Sectigo Partner Platform.

    The available roles are:

    • Admin - Full access to all features and settings.

    • Technician - Access to administer services and end customers.

  5. Click Save.

Delete a user

  1. Navigate to the Users page.

  2. Locate the user you want to delete, and click Manage.

  3. In the Actions panel, click Delete User.

  4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
