Understanding settings

Settings in the Sectigo Partner Platform (SPP) are used to customize the UI experience for your customers. The available configurations enable you to provide support contacts, URLs, and instructions.

Settings can be managed on the Settings page.

The following table describes the details and controls of the Details panel on the Settings page.

Element Description

First Name

The first name of the partner support contact.

Last Name

The last name of the partner support contact.

Email

The email address of the partner support contact.

Phone

The phone number of the partner support contact.

Support URL

The URL that will be displayed in the UI for customers to access support information.

Instructions

Instructions that will be displayed in the UI for customers.

Admin controls

Edit Details

Opens the Edit Contact Info dialog where you can edit the contact and support information provided in the UI for customers.
