Ordering SiteLock products

To order SiteLock security products through the Sectigo Reseller Area:

  1. Log in to the Sectigo Reseller Area

  2. Under My Account Areas, select Sectigo Reseller.

    The Sectigo Reseller page includes a section that displays the Customer Order Options where you will find a list of Sectigo products and features that are available for purchase. The list of SiteLock security products is located near the bottom of this list.

  3. Click Buy next to the product or add-on that you want to purchase.

    When asked to provide the contact information associated with the user/organization that will be using the SiteLock product, enter the email address of the user who will have access to the SiteLock Dashboard and the domain name of the site that will be protected by SiteLock. Any additional domains can be added/removed from the account later in the SiteLock Dashboard. The login name and password aren’t required, however, if you already have a SiteLock account, you can specify the credentials.

  4. Click Next. You will be redirected to a summary page where you can view the product information such as the order number, value, and support contact information. A welcome email with SiteLock Dashboard credentials will be sent to your customer’s email address you provided when ordering the SiteLock product. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Creating a SiteLock account gives you access to the SiteLock Dashboard, which is a customer-facing user interface that is used to monitor a website for potentially harmful activity. Once you have created a username and password, you will be able to log in to your SiteLock account dashboard.
