Components
The Components page enables you to manage the visibility of dashboard components for users.
By default, all components are displayed.
Manage visibility of components in the SiteLock dashboard

Log in to the SiteLock Partner Experience Dashboard.

In the left navigation menu, click Preferences.

Click Components.

Use the following table and select whether to show or hide each dashboard component.
Component Options Account

Show — Allow users to manage account-level settings and preferences.

Hide — Do not allow users to manage account-level settings and preferences.
Email Subscription

Show — Allow users to change a site’s email subscription settings.

Hide — Do not allow users to change a site’s email subscription settings.
Site Settings & Setup Wizard

Show — Allow users to manage site-specific settings.

Hide — Do not allow users to manage site-specific settings.
Site Settings & Setup Wizard → Scan Settings

Show — Allow users to manage a site’s scanning preferences.

Hide — Do not allow users to manage a site’s scanning preferences.
Profile Security

Show — Allow users to edit their security questions and answers.

Hide — Do not allow users to edit their security questions and answers.
Security Report

Show — Allow users to view the security report.

Hide — Hide the security report from users.
Help
-
Show — Display Need Help? in the left navigation menu.

Redirect to Custom URL — Display Need Help? and when users click on it, redirect them to the custom URL.

Custom Help Redirect URL — URL that users will be redirected to when they click on Need Help?.

Hide — Do not display Need Help? in the left navigation menu.
Trust Seal

Show — Allow users to configure the trust seal for their website.

Prompt — Allow users to configure the trust seal for their website and display a prompt when they click on the trust seal in the dashboard.

Custom Trust Seal Redirect URL — URL that users will be redirected to when they click on the trust seal in the dashboard.

Custom Prompt Text — Text that will be displayed on the trust seal pop-up.

Hide — Do not allow users to configure the trust seal for their website.
Logout Behavior

Redirect Back to SiteLock Log In — Redirect the customer back to the SiteLock login page.

Redirect to Custom URL — Redirect the customer to a custom URL.

Custom Logout Redirect URL — URL that customers will be redirected to when they log out of the dashboard.

Click Save Changes.
After saving the settings it takes an hour to cache the changes.
