Billing and payments

The Billing and Payments page allows you to control purchase workflows for your customers.

Customize service upgrade workflow

  1. Log in to the SiteLock Partner Experience Dashboard.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Preferences.

  3. Click Billing and Payments.

  4. Under Upgrade Services, select the workflow you want to set up for service upgrades.

    • Disabled — Do not display the Upgrade button.

    • Pop-up Prompt — Display the Upgrade button and a pop-up message to the customer when they click Upgrade.

      • Default Text: A default message provided by SiteLock and translated into the customer’s dashboard language.

      • Custom Text: A custom message provided by you in the Custom Text field.

    • Redirect to Custom URL — Display the Upgrade button, display a pop-up message, and redirect to a custom URL.

      • No Prompt: No message is displayed to the customer.

      • Default Text: A default message provided by SiteLock and translated into the customer’s dashboard language.

      • Custom Text: A custom message provided by you in the Custom Text field.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Customize add new site workflow

  1. Log in to the SiteLock Partner Experience Dashboard.

  2. In the left navigation menu, click Preferences.

  3. Click Billing and Payments.

  4. Under Add New Site, select the workflow you want to set up for adding a new site.

    • Disabled — Do not allow customers to add new sites through the dashboard.

    • Pop-up Prompt — Allow customers to add new sites through the dashboard and display a pop-up message when they click Add Site.

      • Default Text: A default message provided by SiteLock.

      • Custom Text: A custom message provided by you in the Custom Text field.

    • Redirect to Custom URL — Allow customers to add new sites through the dashboard. When they click Add Site, display a pop-up message, and redirect them to a custom URL.

      • No Prompt: No message is displayed to the customer.

      • Default Text: A default message provided by SiteLock is displayed when the customer clicks Add Site.

      • Custom Text: A custom message provided by you in the Custom Text field is displayed when the customer clicks Add Site.

  5. Click Save Changes.
