Billing and payments
The Billing and Payments page contains settings for customizing the workflow for your customer to purchase products within the SiteLock Customer Dashboard. There are two major purchase workflows controlled by the Upgrade and Add Site settings.
Upgrade
This workflow is triggered when the customer clicks Upgrade on the Overview page to provision or upgrade a product. There are three paths within this workflow:

The Upgrade button isn’t displayed for the customer. |
Pop-up Prompt |
A pop-up message is displayed to the customer. The message can come in two forms:

Redirect to Custom URL |
SiteLock redirects the customer to the URL you specified. This redirect can be configured to contain an optional pop-up message. The configuration options include:

Add Site
This workflow is triggered when the customer clicks Add Site on the Overview page to add an additional website for scanning or other purposes. There are three paths within this workflow:
