Overview
The Sectigo Connector for ServiceNow ("the connector") integrates Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) with ServiceNow, enabling administrators to manage large inventories of certificates in the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) portal and automate the end-to-end lifecycle of certificates at scale.
The connector enables users to benefit from:

Scalable issuance of DV, OV, and EV SSL certificates for web servers, load balancers, and other devices or servers.

Automated import of certificate data including certificate type, organization, and department information.

Certificate lifecycle management including certificate issuance, revocation, replacement, and renewal requests.

Automated certificate renewals and notifications of expiring certificates using configurable ServiceNow notification workflows.
The following certificate types are supported:

Domain Validation (DV): Single-domain, multi-domain, and wildcard certificates issued by Sectigo

Organization Validation (OV): Single-domain, multi-domain, and wildcard certificates issued by Sectigo or a third-party CA

Extended Validation (EV): Single-domain and multi-domain certificates issued by Sectigo or a third-party CA

Private SSL: Private SSL certificates issued by Sectigo or a third-party CA for internal use

It provides the following features:

RSA 2048, 3072, and 4096-bit private key generation.

ECC secp256r1, secp384r1, and secp521r1 private key generation.
