Installing the connector

This page describes how to install the Sectigo connector in ServiceNow.

Install the connector

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance as a System Administrator.

  2. Navigate to System Applications>All Available Applications>All.

  3. Select the Downloads tab.

  4. Search for Sectigo Certificate Management Connector.

  5. Click Download, then Install.

  6. Verify that the connector appears on the Installed Applications list.

Once installed, the Sectigo Connector modules, configuration options, and diagnostic features become accessible under the Sectigo section in your ServiceNow application navigator.
