Sectigo Partner Portal integration overview

You can order, maintain, or refund SiteLock security products through the Sectigo Partner Portal web interface. Instructions related to ordering products using an API aren’t in the scope of this guide. For the API documentation, see Sectigo Partner Portal integration API overview.

If you don’t have a Sectigo Partner Portal account yet or you’re unable to see any SiteLock products after you have logged in to the Sectigo Partner Portal, contact Sectigo Sales.

SiteLock is available in four plans which provide various levels of protection based on your site’s specific needs. The following sections describe SiteLock security products that are available through the Sectigo Partner Portal.

SiteLock Monitor is a free service which provides basic website monitoring features, including:

  • SSL scan

  • Malware scan

  • Spam scan

  • Platform scan

Add-ons aren’t available for SiteLock Monitor.

SiteLock Basic is designed to help users who want basic protection for their personal websites and blogs that have light traffic. It provides:

  • Website scanning

  • Daily code and database scanning

  • Access to SiteLock customer support

For SiteLock Basic, you can purchase TrueShield Add-on and 5GB, 10 GB, or 25GB Backup Add-on.

SiteLock Pro is designed to help users who want protection for their personal websites that get heavy traffic or need added protection. SiteLock Pro includes the features of SiteLock Basic while also adding Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Web Application Firewall (WAF), including:

  • Malicious bot blocking

  • Backdoor protection

  • DDoS protection

With SiteLock Pro, you can purchase TrueShield Add-on and 10 GB or 25GB Backup Add-on.

SiteLock Business provides protection for business and e-commerce sites of all sizes. In addition to features available in SiteLock Pro, SiteLock Business provides more storage for website backup, WAF with extended controls, firewall PCI reporting, and multi-factor authentication. There’s also a 25GB Backup Add-on available for purchase.

SiteLock 911 is a one-time manual and automated website clean by SiteLock experts to remove malware, SEO spam, backdoors, and blocklist warnings.
