Validating organizations
Validate Organization

Navigate to Organization Validation.

In the Details panel, click Edit details, and update the organization’s details as required.

In the Actions panel, click Validate.
Once submitted, validation requests are sent to a Sectigo validation specialist for review. If the information provided for your organization can be confirmed, validation will complete without further action. If the information cannot be confirmed, the administrator who initiated validation will be contacted for additional information.
You can check the status of your organization’s validation on the Organizations page.
Managing organization validation
Revalidate organization
| This action is irreversible. Once you initiate organization revalidation, you cannot issue OV certificates for your organization until revalidation is completed. |

Navigate to Organization Validation.

In the Validation panel, click the Reset icon.

In the Actions panel, click Validate.
You can also initiate revalidation by updating the details of a validated organization.
