Generating reports

Generate an SSL certificates report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click SSL Certificates.

  2. Complete the report fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Requested Via

    The service or entity that requested the certificates included in this report

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All SSL certificates regardless of how they were requested

    • Enrollment Form — SSL certificates requested via a self-enrollment form

    • Admin — SSL certificates requested by an administrator

    • Web API — SSL certificates requested through the use of a web API

    • Discovery — SSL certificates identified by a discovery task

    • SCEP — SSL certificates requested via a SCEP

    • MS Agent — SSL certificates requested by an MS agent

    • Bulk Request — SSL certificates requested in bulk

    • ACME — SSL certificates requested by the Sectigo ACME service

    • EST — SSL certificates requested via an EST

    • REST — SSL certificates requested via REST API

    Status

    The status of certificates for which the report is to be generated

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All SSL certificates regardless of their status

    • Requested — SSL certificates that have been requested

    • Issued — SSL certificates that have been issued successfully

    • Revoked — SSL certificates that have been revoked

    • Expired — SSL certificates that have expired and are due for renewal

    Date Selection

    The specific date parameter by which to filter certificates for inclusion in the report

    The possible values are:

    • Request Date — The date the certificates were issued

    • Issuance Date — The date the certificates were issued

    • Revocation Date — The date the certificates were revoked

    • Expiration Date — The date the certificates expires

    Include IP Locations

    If enabled, IP locations where SSL certificates are installed will be included in the report

    From/To Date

    The range of dates to be included in the report

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

    Organizations/Department

    The organizations and departments that should be included in the report

    The possible values are:

    • All — All organizations and departments delegated to you are included in the report

    • Select — Only the selected organizations and departments are included in the report

  3. Click Download.

Generate a client certificates report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Client Certificates.

  2. Complete the report fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Status

    The status of certificates for which the report is to be generated

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All client certificates regardless of their status

    • Enrolled — Only those client certificates that have been successfully enrolled by the end-user and subsequently downloaded

    • Enrolled — Pending Download — Only those client certificates that have been successfully enrolled by the end-user but have not yet been downloaded

    • Revoked — Client certificates that have been revoked

    • Expired — Client certificates that have expired and are due for renewal

    • Not Enrolled — Only those end-users that belong to an organization and are listed in the Client Certificates tab as a client certificate end-user but haven’t enrolled their client certificate

    Date Selection

    The specific date parameter by which to filter certificates for inclusion in the report

    The possible values are:

    • Enrolled Date — The date the certificates were enrolled

    • Downloaded Date — The date the certificates were downloaded

    • Revocation Date — The date the certificates were revoked

    • Expiration Date — The date the certificates expire

    From/To Date

    The range of dates to be included in the report

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

    Organizations/Department

    The organizations and departments that should be included in the report

    The possible values are:

    • All — All organizations and departments delegated to you are included in the report

    • Select — Only the selected organizations and departments are included in the report

  3. Click Download.

Generate a code signing certificates report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Code Signing Certificates.

  2. Complete the report fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Status

    The status of certificates for which the report is to be generated

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All code signing certificates regardless of their status

    • Enrolled — Certificates that have been successfully enrolled by the end-user and subsequently downloaded

    • Enrolled — Pending Download — Certificates that have been successfully enrolled by the end-user but have not yet been downloaded

    • Revoked — Certificates that have been revoked

    • Expired — Certificates that have expired and are due for renewal

    Date Selection

  3. Click Download.

Generate a device certificates report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Device Certificates.

  2. Complete the report fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Status

    The status of certificates for which the report is to be generated

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All device certificates regardless of their status

    • Requested — Certificates that have been requested but are pending approval from an admin

    • Approved — Certificates that have been approved but not yet downloaded

    • Applied — Certificates that were requested via the self-enrollment form and are awaiting approval

    • Issued — Certificates that have been successfully issued

    • Revoked — Certificates that have been revoked

    • Expired — Certificates that have passed their Valid To date and are due for renewal

    Date Selection

    The specific date parameter by which to filter certificates for inclusion in the report

    The possible values are:

    • Request Date — The date the certificates were requested

    • Issuance Date — The date the certificates were issued

    • Revocation Date — The date the certificates were revoked

    • Expiration Date — The date the certificates expire

  3. Click Download.

Generate an activity log report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Activity Log.

  2. (Optional) Specify a date range to be applied to the report.

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

  3. Click Download.

Generate a sent notifications report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Sent Notifications.

  2. (Optional) Specify a date range to be applied to the report.

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

  3. Click Download.

Generate a private key agent activity log report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Private Key Agent Activity Log.

  2. (Optional) Specify a date range to be applied to the report.

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

  3. Click Download.

Generate a DCV report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click DCV.

  2. Complete the report fields based on the information provided in the following table.

    Field Description

    Current Status

    The DCV status of domains for which the report is to be generated

    The possible values are:

    • Any — All domains regardless of their validation status

    • Not Validated — Domains for which DCV has not been initiated or completed

    • Validated — Domains that have passed DCV

    • Expired — Domains where DCV has expired

    From/To Date

    The range of dates to be included in the report

    If a range is not specified, the scan range defaults to the previous 30 days.

    Organizations/Department

    The organizations and departments that should be included in the report

    The possible values are:

    • All — All organizations and departments delegated to you are included in the report

    • Select — Only the selected organizations and departments are included in the report

  3. Click Download.

Generate an admins report

  1. Navigate to Reports, and click Admins.

  2. Click Download.
