Managing organizations

Edit organization details

  1. Navigate to Manage  Organization Validation.

  2. In the Details panel, click Edit info.

    You cannot edit the details of an organization with a validation status of Pending. To clear the validation status, click Reset in the Validation panel on the Organization Validation page.

  3. Update the account details based on the information in the following table.

    Element Description

    Organization Name

    The name of the organization.

    Organization Identifier

    Stands for the legal person identification based on identity type references allowed by the ETSI 319 412-1 standards and requirements.

    Address 1, 2, 3

    The street address of the organization.

    City

    The city in which the organization resides.

    State

    The state or province in which the organization resides.

    Postal Code

    The organization’s postal code.

    Country

    The country in which the organization resides.

  4. Click Save.
